The design options available per stand are specified on the layout and price list. A choice of three standard interior finishes are available to buyers; select exterior variations and interior variations to suit the buyer’s taste are available on consultation with our architect and interior designer.

Construction of the houses will take place in 4 phases, and will commence within a reasonable timeframe after transfer of the stand to the buyer.
