Lago Azul is situated approximately 330kms North of Maputo, 120km past Xai Xai, the nearest town being Quissico which is 5km away. This luxury estate is 7500 hectares in total, stretching along 22kms of beach front and with two large freshwater lakes contained within the Estate.
The Developers have initially released a 500 hectare portion of the estate. This phase has 313 stands in total, each stand being at least 1000mē and all stands with a 2.5m green belt on either side, which must be kept as natural, public domain. This phase is bordered on two sides by the two large freshwater lakes; one will be used for water sports and the other will be a part of a nature reserve. It will also be close to the Hotel, Spa and medical facilities.
The philosophy of the Development Team is that the architecture blends with and does not overpower the natural surroundings. The colour, texture and materials used in the buildings and the specific building style will promote continuity in each phase.
