MARINERS VILLAGE
The building of houses must commence within 18 months from the date of transfer into the name of the first owner of the plot and must be completed within 9 months from the date of commencement. This date has however been extended to 31st December 2008 (for those plots NOT bought directly from the Developer before January 2008) and as advertised on this site by the developers and in agreement with the Home Owners Association. The design of homes in Mariners Village must adhere to the Architectural Guidelines and be approved by the Architectural Review Committee, a sub-committee under the control of the Home Owners Association, before building can commence.
