THE UNITS

COSTS
Melkhout Village makes owning brand new seaside property affordable. All the costs, with the exception of the bank valuation fees, are included in the sales price. That means that transfer duty, bond registration costs and transfer costs are paid by Blue Skye.
The best of all is that you only start to pay for your unit once it has been completed. You will indeed take transfer of your plot after purchase, but any interim interest will be paid by Blue Skye on your behalf. Therefore you will only start paying your bond instalments after completion of your unit.
