ARCHITECTURE
The distinctive architecture with its indigenous and personal
style is enhanced by interiors that have individually designed finishes. There is a choice of 3
and 4 bedroom standard apartments, penthouses, and garden apartments; these vary in size from 173m2 to 385m2. There are a number of apartment buildings spread across the site, all hugging the
hillside. Most units have magnificent sea-views, while blocks H, I and J facing inland have
endless panoramic views of the riverine forests and Eco-reserve
below.
Finishes will be natural, enhancing the flow of living space and will
include specialized sculptured features. The type of architecture could best be described as
Global Contemporary. Differing levels and materials are used to create interesting elevations and
each unit is best positioned for maximum privacy. Rooflines are staggered, allowing the buildings
to meld effectively with the horizon.
