Silonque Bush Estate offers everything African Bush Lifestyle stands for. Unique nature surroundings, large houses with sufficient space inside as well as outside. On Silonque you will enjoy game viewing, braais, swimming pools, tennis and a restaurant.

Silonque Bush Estate has been subdivided into 45, 10000m2 stands. 35 of these stands will now be sold. You are free to choose a 2-Bedroom (2 bathroom) or a 3-Bedroom (3 bathroom) house. No stands may be fenced. Total living area including terraces is 250m2 with 2000m2 garden.

You can enjoy total privacy and seclusion, unless you want company of another kind - delightful encounters with the animals that roam the estate freely.

Thirty-five stands/houses are now available for purchase as sectional title residential stands. The number of chalets is limited to 45 in total, in order to preserve the bushveld and the Estates milieu. To achieve this the chalets have been placed in two rings, with the facilities at a fair distance.

The villas at Silonque Bush Estate are designed to accommodate the quest for leisure and built by using natural materials such as slate and wood, and using natural colours. The wrap-around verandahs are covered by extended thatched roofs and spacious, cool interiors.

HOUSES & STANDS

When you buy a house on Silonque Bush Estate you also buy your own property. There are 45 stands on Silonque Estate, all with a size of 1ha in total and a garden of approximately 2000m2. The stands are approximately 10000m2. The Silonque Bush Estate has a Home Owners Association. The yearly levy is ZAR 25,000.

The design of the houses, the colours and materials used, does not interfere with the beautiful surroundings of the bush. All houses, whether it is a 2 or a 3 bedroom are completely fitted for the African Bush life-style with sufficient space inside for living, relaxing, dining etc. and also outside where you can either sit in the shade under the extended roofs or relax in a deckchair on the terraces.
