Phase 1 & 3 comprises a total of approximately 1598 units, made up of exclusive luxury apartments and free hold sites. Special care has been taken to strategically locate each site to allow for free movement of game. Community centres based throughout the estate include a clubhouse with swimming pool, tennis courts and a restaurant, whilst children are accommodated by an adventure playground and open green areas for free sporting activities.
Phase 2 & 4 comprises a further 434 units around a 18 hole Executive short course. Adjacent to Phase 1, this phase will include a Boutique Hotel and wellness centre. LOCATION
Simbithi Eco-Estate lies 30 minutes north of South Africas third largest city, Durban, on the Dolphin Coast. KwaZulu-Natal, aptly called South Africas garden province, forms the East coast of South Africa, stretching from Mozambique in the North to Port Edward in the South.
