The Village is a new property development - currently under construction on the beach at Cape St Francis. The roadway to the beach is an access right of way for all owners. Malherbe Resort (Pty) Ltd reserves the right of access to its facilities however they will welcome day visitors. A Home Owner Constitution will be developed over a period of time as the various Body Corporates become operational.
