Tranquility Bay offers you the chance to secure a luxurious lifestyle defined by comfort and convenience, free from financial stress, administration or concerns for the future. Your apartment will be your home, and every effort has been made to ensure that all of your desires can be met.
To this purpose, a levy - including the cost of services such as a week-day clinic, shuttle, administration, emergency services, building insurance (excluding personal contents), house cleaning, laundry, gardening services, external maintenance and security - is payable monthly.
A tariff Help Care plan is available to you for a variety of additional services at a minimum charge. Rates and taxes will be billed directly to you according to the change in legislation, only common property rates and taxes are covered by the levy, which can be paid per unit and is part of the sectional title.
