abound
DEVELOPMENT
The development includes three low density nodes: Lake Estate, Park
Estate and Mountain Estate, all surrounded by mountains, indigenous forests, lakes and a Water
Park, designed by Patrick Watson (known for the design of The Palace and Sun City Gardens).
Recreation facilities include a Boutique Country Hotel, The Manor Restaurant, The Water Mill
Restaurant and Tea Garden and a Natural Wellness Centre.
During the first
phase of the development ten nature studios in indigenous forests on mountain slopes and
overlooking the lakes and forests in the valley will be available during 2007. Each studio will
have one or two bedroom(s), one or two bathroom(s), open plan living, dining room and kitchen and
will be built according to environmental sensitive construction methods. The design will include
design elements of Glenn Murcutt, the acclaimed Australian architect. Each studio will be set in
a forest, on a mountain slope with floating decks and living areas that will open to nature
through sliding glass doors and secured with motorised roller shutters. Design will be
ecologically blended into the environment.

Options are ownership of a home
(sectional title) or a share in a home company. Each home company has 13 shares, meaning each

The investment
entry level for a thirteenth share in a holiday home is R250,000 and sectional title R2,5 million
