The economy of Botswana can be considered a diamond in the rough when examined against all other African economies - and what's more, Botswana is a stand-alone investment success story of a nation in global terms
Not only is the nation politically and economically stable, Botswana also enjoys the highest sovereign credit rating on the continent of Africa, it is a middle income nation with a strong GDP growth rate in the region of at least 4.7% annually, it has been one of the fastest growing nations in the world over the last 25 years, and as the least corrupt country in Africa it is rapidly increasing in interest among the foreign investor community.

Gold Winner of the Home Overseas Magazine Award
The Home Overseas Awards are the premiere global awards for homes and developments outside the UK market. The ceremony afforded us the chance to meet with all sections of the UK press who were amazed by our story. The press coverage will begin in January with a very carefully planned PR campaign targeting the major and local newspapers.
We were told repeatedly by the judges that they have not seen anything like our sustainability model anywhere in the world and this was very encouraging for all of us.

Limpopo-Lipadi, out of Tuli in Botswana, inspires a new standard for sustainable development and conservation in the 21st century
The story begins four years ago when brothers Alan, Gary and Rob Marneweck traveled through a pristine stretch of land in the Tuli block, south-east Botswana, just north of South Africa. The incredible bio-diversity of the eco-systems from Lipadi hill all the way down to the Limpopo River took them by surprise. Soon, their 15 year old dream of establishing a sustainable conservation development in Africa, seemed not so impossible any more.
Within two years the 32,500 hectare Limpopo-Lipadi Game and Wilderness Reserve was registered with the Botswana Game Reserve Association as one of the largest private wildlife conservation projects in Botswana to date.

Limpopo-Lipadi Game and Wilderness Reserve is targeted at people who want to be part of conservation efforts without necessarily having to deal with the day-to-day operational challenges facing game reserve owners
The Private Placement Memorandum provides full investment information and conditions. The land in the Tuli area is freehold, making this one of the few areas in Botswana where privately owned land is available for development as game reserves subject to Botswana Government approval.
Of special significance in terms of this project is that Land Act and Ministerial approval and participation has been granted and the development therefore has the full support of the Botswana Government. Local stakeholders are continuously consulted, and have given their full support to the project. Limpopo-Lipadi has a full social responsibility programme in operation.
